Sitting in my cardiologist office and they have the Philly news on. And there was a story about the Chocolate Ballerina Company performing an all black performance of the Nutcracker. You can imagine the praise it earned from the white anchors. But my question is what happened to diversity is our strength? Funny how OUR changes when it's the right color.
