2017 research: Blind recruitment (not knowing applicants gender) reveals that women are less qualified than men in senior positions, study also shows that women are more likely to get jobs based on gender rather than merit and that men are LESS likely to get a job if gender is specified.

TL;DR: Harvard professor runs blind CV test so women are not disadvantaged by unconscious bias only to reveal there already is unconscious bias in favor of women, so after 6 months they stopped the test! "Women are wonderful" hypothesis proven once again. There is no bias against women, benevolent sexism is a thing.
