"Freedom of expression" or "blasphemy laws" - pick at most one.

Even if, in this case, it's more de facto than de jure.

Also, uses Arabic "peace be upon him" in a piece justifying beheading the infidel. Mixed messaging somewhat, or just an acknowledgement that for this person, it's peace for Muhammad and the sword for everyone else?
