I'm sorry but fuck the fans projects...they shouldn't be using material they KNOW Nintendo will be forced to protect.

And as for this game, they owe nothing to the author of that game apart from maybe a thank you for giving them the idea...but really nothing more...the amount of shit Nintendo gets for stuff every company does it unreal, 'scummy'...oh okay man, it just gets boring as fuck.
