When you have a weak communist city council, you can do whatever the fuck you want. Minneapolis voted for this. I pray they expand it to take over the majority of the city and Trump can use the Insurrection Act to reclaim Minneapolis, appoint a Military Mayor and put the city council and mayor in chains for failing to do their civic duty and supporting an enemy state.
