I thought this was an archive to the Babylon Bee. lol

The pardon is for people who are officially criminals. It doesn't matter how they were convicted. ?

Trump also pardoned a boxer for a wrongful conviction after his death. They are criminals in the legal system, even though you can argue they did nothing wrong. The AG's position would be that she was never convicted, but we know that she was.
