Yep it sure does. This is the UK law

The Race Relations Act 1976 (RRA 1976) as amended by the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000 (RR(A)A) and the Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003, prohibits discrimination on race, colour, nationality, ethnic and national origin in the fields of employment, education and provision of goods.

How are they getting around this one? They do have "positive discrimination" and I remember being legal.
