The asexual character is an actively murderous psychopath whose sole joy in life is the pain and suffering of others. He's certainly not in hell because he's not hetero.

Yeah, he gets off on causing pain/suffering and/or manipulating people. He may not even be asexual, he just doesnt have time for that whilst there are people to make suffer.

Charlotte/Charlie and her GF Vaggie

Charlie is bisexual and Vaggie is supposed to have been a prostitute in life and so is likely bisexual too.

But yeah, everyone in the show except Charlie is a terrible person. Which considering the setting really shouldnt surprise anyone.
