Probably a hit, but there also are plenty of sketchy junkies up in those mountain communities, I know a few people who live up there and they all have stories. Another friend was telling me a time he went fishing up there, and a naked guy tried to sneak up on him; my friend was strapped, so he ordered the guy to go away, and he left.
