Use the Left's retarded rules against them and BTFO of them. For example, if you are a male and they refuse to give you a job, say you are non binary or gender fluid. If they still refuse to give you a job, then go file a case against them and sue them for being anti-LGBTQ. Once you get the job, feel free to go back to being a man.

Or heck, say that you are trans because you feel like a woman on the inside as opposed to the outside. They'll be forced to give you a job. If they refuse to give you a job because you are white, lie and say you are mixed race from your great grandmother's side. Are they going to ask you to show your great grandmother's DNA or your DNA results to prove it or something? No. If they do ask, say that you are, "offended" that they are so racist as to ask for proof.
