As much as I hate to step in for fucking Ubisoft of all companies, I think it's just a coincidence.

I still remember when Trump's first rally after the lockdowns was "universally" criticized (according to presstitues) for coinciding with regional holiday Juneteenth. And then they all pretended it was a national and real thing to try and virtue signal about it. (Even so, the world doesn't shut down for holidays so why here?)
