Not only do they keep doing this, Warthunder's owner Gaijin has repeatedly stated that they will not change stats of vehicles if the source used has any sort of classification to it, and will avoid altering the vehicles parameter in order to prevent any potential legal issues with the country or manufacturer unless it is explicitly declassified. If I leak a document on the autoloader speed of tank X with a current in-game reload of 5.2 seconds and the document says that it reloads in 4.6 seconds, Gaijin will refuse to change the reload speed, even if they were going to change it beforehand to an educated guess. These idiots are not only breaking espionage laws, but also preventing any buffs or nerfs that could have happened in the future.
