Comment Reported for: Rule 3 - Harassment.

This isn't harassment unless Cato is actively following you. To be honest, this is closer to a Rule 2 violation, than a Rule 3, regarding the comment about being used as fertilizer or dog food which insinuates murder, but it isn't saying that you should be murdered, so it doesn't violate the rule.
