Fun game, even if you're not a fan of the people the playable characters are based on.

Sorry, they actually made a vindictive game based on Sargon?
I know 40K has some kind of spiteful Sargon reference in it (as Arch is literally voldermort to them) but someone made an actual game?
I'm not sure if it was a fan, or somebody who hated sargon, but it was a legitimately fun, if somewhat dated game. It had four playable characters last I heard (sargon himself, armored skeptic, shoeonhead, and harmful opinions) I might have to go through about fifty old hard drives and see if I still have the rar/zip somewhere...
here's somebody playing it to give you an idea... graphics are pretty much what you'd expect for an indy game, but the gameplay is fantastic...
Damn from that list of characters it sounds VERY dated given that Armoured Skeptic kinda fell off on his own, Harmful Opinions don't hear much of and Shoeonhead is on her motherhood arc right now.
yeah, it was fun, though. it was this combination of a tower defense and a third-person shooter, and the in-jokes were really just the icing on the cake...
actually, I think Chris Raygun was added to the roster at one point as well... course he's got TDS out the wazoo at this point...
Chris got TDS? He was this close to being MAGA when he was making Socjus The Musical. What happened?
