Harry potter is accidentally the most pro 2A thing to ever come from the brits.

Wands are guns and everyone in their society is constantly armed. The government is corrupt at best and is actively subverted by evil people, by the end it literally requires armed rebellion to overthrow the tyrannical authoritarian government.
