It's a discord clone that's part of drybones' sapphire.moe network that includes gitgud.io, I should have clarified that.
Ah, ok. Good to have some alternatives out there, though I worry the inertia of discord has done irreparable damage to that space.

Drybones is a well known figure within the early anti-regressive movement,
he owns the currently broken gamergate wiki.Edit: Drybones and Bonegolem are separate people.
