Correct me if I'm wrong, but this would hypothetically mean that Elon Musk could be seen as having standing by complaining that X was/has been pressured by the White House.
he would probably have to prove that the White House was directly involved in his social media issues.
I'm pretty sure that's a miniscule leap. Musk has already talked about the White House involvement with Twitter before and around the time of releasing the Twitter Files.
