Kotaku, the global entity, have taken part in an active anti-First Amendment attack on a US citizen with their actions on this one.

This is anti-competitive (For YouTube video views) and utterly breaching any rights that a journalistic outlet may have regarding their conduct.

Criminal charges have to be filed against them.

There are at least Kotaku UK and Kotaku Australia offices. I've read there are more across the world for non-English speaking purposes.
