It wasn't rape, it was transactional. Also, the judge was a fucking moron who had to know this shit would get overturned because he was allowing people to come in and testify on completely separate allegations for which he was found not guilty already at that point that had nothing to do with the alleged conduct he was being charged for to destroy his character/trustworthiness for the jury. Rape was the wrong charge to go for in the first place. Pandering, possibly pimping, would have been slam fucking dunks. But nah, gotta go for a flamboyant trial that they damn well knew would get overturned.
