I've been looking for a new job myself and I've applied fucking everywhere and 99% of them just ghost me and the 1% that that did contact me said no, with no reason given.

Unsurprisingly, the vast majority of the large business careers websites literally have something like "We have a diverse and inclusive workplace" at the top of their websites, always showing zero white men.
