What's this MENAPT shit? Just because they're Arabs doesn't mean Tunisia, Somalia (????), Morocco, Algeria, and Egypt aren't African.

Also, the huge disparity (and different categorization) between Pakistan and India is interesting.

I know MENA is Middle East / North African, which is distinct from sub-Saharan African, but I don't know the PT part.
