This new version of family share is much more useable at least.

The old one, if I play one of my wife's games then her entire library was tied up by this, and so was mine. Completely absurd, and not sharing at all.

Now it looks like I can use one of the wife's games and she can play one of hers or one of mine, except the specific one I'm currently playing. This is a giant improvement for actual family usability.
