I am looking for a domain/site host for an art site that someone else is looking to start, and I need suggestions for site hosts that are profiction and free speech friendly as incognet replied to both me and the guy developing the site and said that lolisho is banned, making them worthless.

Edit: looks like I triggered the anti-loli spergs with my presence, so I am just going to remind everyone that they are all scum who deserve to die for being incapable of telling the difference between drawings and CSEM. Also I should note Epik is no longer a trustworthy option because someone suggested it when they shouldn't have.
