They're happy for now. Give it a few weeks and they'll be more depressed than ever once they realize that chopping their dick off didn't make them a woman.

They'll be alright as long as they can keep pumping themselves full of prescriptions. They're Canadian, apparently, so they'll be able to do that for quite some time. The realization will set in eventually.
