tl;dw A meme account ("meme" is literally in their username) made an obviously fake deepfake of AOC (her lips clearly didn't match) in front of a giant picture of big booty Latina lover "Prime Time 99" Alex Stein...that even had "FAKE MEME SATIRE" written on it.
