And the Oklahoma University president immediately sent out a letter essentially saying :

"It's cool. We'll just rename things and keep being racist. We have a back channel deal with the Republicans that they'll look the other way and pretend they actually did something".

Their "order" has no teeth on purpose. We need a real opposition party.
