I love how the AI is being neutered before it even gets a chance to shine. Reminds me of Robocop 2 when he had similar equity-programming put in that made him virtually useless. Letting criminals do whatever they want, but extremely violent towards a harmless dude smoking a cigarette.

Biden is making his Chinese overlords happy as they have zero such restraints on their progress.
