I am just going to explain shit:

According to the article, the guy was caught with material believed to be child porn but he managed to deny willful possession via apparently arguing the suspected minors looked like adults, achieving a successful mens rea defense. The charges however are suspected by his critics of being legitimate despite being dismissed, meaning the guy is a suspected pedophile.
