What's the cheapest drone you can buy? I imagine going full kamikaze would actually work, those props look exposed and fragile.

There are drones with cameras that start at 40 bucks. I saw drones for 100+ bucks that also have kilometers in range.

Otherwise there are special shotgun rounds that fire nets for that
