Baldur's Gate 3: woke? Worth supporting?

That's the post, really. Basically everyone is saying it's really good and has no microtransactions, etc. Is it worth a buy, or would I be supporting a woke project?

I'm not getting it solely because it's not a Baldur's Gate game. It's Divinity Original Sin wearing a BG skinsuit
