I endured a public “discussion” between Penny Wong, Australia’s foreign minister, and Kerry O’Brien, probably our most famous living “journalist” (far left wing hack. I’ve met, and had conversations with him. He honestly thinks he’s a fucking genius, getting away with polluting public journalism with his own bias for decades), live, earlier this evening…

The discussion was also chaired by a former state government minister (deputy premier, no less!!), who was sacked for open corruption, and now somehow has the job of chair of a major arts organization…

“Jobs for the girls”, we’ll call it (but only if they’re Labor, of course).

They truly, truly believe that this is a done deal.

Nothing of substance was discussed, naturally, but it was very clear from it that a) Labor wants us to become an Indonesian and Chinese vassal state, and b) they will not accept a no vote…

Wong literally called opponents “racist trolls”, and refused to countenance that the thing could possibly not win. To rapturous applause (naturally, among a crowd of University people).
