"Erica Marsh" had a tweet go viral after SCOTUS ruled Affirmative Action unconstitutional. You can check out YesMovement's thread on that here. There were some suspicions that she may have been some bot account or not a real person. I, myself, expressed suspicions when Erica asked people to DM a defamation lawyer who "works on contingency". Her tweet greatly resembled that of another shill, Brian Krassenstein.
Greg Boulden made a Twitter thread (I tried to archive it several times on different sites, but to no avail. If anyone can do it and link it here, thanks) showing that the account is linked to a Belgian consulting firm run by Michael Zachrau. His job description? Digital marketing, SEO, and "social selling". He pinged Elon Musk about this and the "Erica Marsh" account was subsequently suspended.

"She" really triggered some people. They believed she had some sort of official campaign title. Saw it on Twitter.
