I know Imp is a big boy and doesn't care, but I don't want to leave the precedent open.
You know very well Imp has thick skin (and humilitation fetish) so maybe you should instead stop banning him all the time, because that's a precedent and it was funny when it was a novelty but come on now.
I'd be happy to stop banning him if he started following the rules. Normally plays along for a couple weeks, then loses control, or thinks no one is listening, and he starts ranting about women wanting to kill every man on Earth.
