I feel like the homosexual lobby has managed to convince a lot of black people that "heteronormativity" is a product of white supremacy. At least anecdotally from what I've seen on twitter.
I’ve seen gen z black ppl pushing that. Definitely when I was a kid due to a lot of older black ppl being religious it was not tolerated
