And there will be states which choose not to deport?

This just doesn't go far enough, the federal government is fucking illegitimate if it doesn't control our borders.

The feds aren't doing shit.

At least the red states will deport. "Perfect is the enemy of good". Don't oppose a policy that would benefit the Right just because it isn't the most ideal one.
