Das Bundesamt für Justiz (BfJ) hat ein Bußgeldverfahren gegen Twitter nach dem #NetzDG eingeleitet. Grund: der Verdacht auf systemisches Versagen im Beschwerdemanagement.

They will fine twitter according to the "Network Enforcement Act" (NetzDG) for not complying hard enough. Of course, they did not provide examples.

That means up to 50 million euros per violation.

They fined telegram 5,1 million euros for the same reason back in October.

The last news about that was in last October, it isn't known if they paid it. (but telegram is in Dubai, not Germany)
