Most of the “deep” shit communists say is just repeated off of Twitter and the like. At least in my school the Uber-example would be “America is a third-world country in a Gucci belt.” I’ve heard that probably 100 times. It doesn’t even really make sense, it’s one hell of a mixed metaphor. So you probably read that same bacteria phrase at some point in the past, now you’re just hearing it from this particular psycho instead of another.
