Pertinent quote from the results section of the publication:
Most people who come from a socio-economically less favorable background do not commit more crime than people who come from a more favorable background, and it also happens that people from a more favorable background do commit crime. This means that even if there is a connection between socio-economic background and involvement in crime, that connection is weak. It is not possible to appreciably predict who will commit crimes based on knowledge of people's socio-economic background.

Reminds me of how the Sozis always claim there's a lack of "recreational centers", and how they get mocked for that. A recreational center is a tax funded facility where young immigrants can go and play video games, watch TV or play some board games.
Looking at poor people in general among the native Swedish population crime is barley non existent. This is because everyone who have energy works until their energy is drained, and elderly don't have enough energy to uphold a criminal career, simple as that.
Not to mention the mass surveillance which only keeps track of white natives, everyone knows about this system, everyone has consequential thinking, except the dindus, so even if the dindus gets to know about the system and enters it, they still commit crimes, tho when they're in they usually get arrested pretty fast.
The Sozis have a point here, keep people busy is a great way to keep people out of crime, it's just their implementation of "recreational facilities" that sucks. Immigrants should be put in the hamster wheel and forced to run, for their own survival, just like every other poor person, that's the best way to stop crime.
Take the average homeless person in Sweden, in order to survive you need a warm place to sleep and you need food, that's the basics. Churches and volunteer groups runs soup kitchens where homeless can get a free meal. Anything else, the homeless must work to and earn their money for, which ain't easy in cashless hell where you can't beg, play a musical instrument or stuff like that.
The hamster wheel of the homeless usually involves collecting plastic bottles and aluminum cans, while fighting the gypsies and poor elderly who all depend on that source of income, it's pretty much the only legit hustle you can do nowadays. Some less legit sources would be to grow weed far out in the forest and sell it to local dealers and various forms of theft when opportunity arises.
Tho most homeless are honest so they stick to the bottles. One plastic bottle is worth $0.2, one aluminum can is worth $0.1. That money then goes to groceries and a bus pass which allows the homeless person to get into town where they can collect a newspaper, basically an exploit of the homeless, they collect a bulk of papers and earn a small profit on every paper they sell, people only buy them because they feel sorry for the homeless person selling them.
