Everyone is anti-situp now. They say to do crunches instead, which in my experience don't do anything at all. I don't want to fuck up my back either though. I've been doing hollow holds as a happy medium. Can't really tell if they're working or not. I think so.

Planks and hollow holds also work well if you’re doing them right. You’ll know if you are.
