It seems lots of people think it's just a stupid e-drama but it's not.

Some people suspect Twitter is doing this so they can delete all the Epstein related pictures from their platform (because all those pictures are spread "without consent" too), plus discredit child rape/abuse victims in general by astroturfing an obviously fake retarded self claimed trafficking victim (Eliza).
