Pointing out that the main character (a middle aged unemployed porn addict loser turned into a cute middle school girl by science) sits like a girl now is a minor detail, but Crunchyroll translators have a habit of being cute and intentionally mistranslating things. It could be out of incompetence, malice, or both.
