You seem to think money itself is something greater than merely a representation of resources. That's all money is. A medium of exchange for resources. So long as people want more resources, you will always have the same problems in a capitalist system or any other. Resources has been something people have sought out since the dawn of time and no amount of "getting rid of money" will solve that. If you want people to pursue things other than money you need to enforce that on people, as has been done before with things like religions but ultimately those "ideas" only ever have teeth because of the resources at their disposal. Power and Resources. That is the basis for human interactions. No amount of "get rid of money" is gong to fix that.
