The girl was about thirteen years old.

The "surgeon" advertises to kids on Instagram with memes. She calls herself "Dr. Teetus Deletus" and says she "yeets the teets."

The same "surgeon" left the previous state in which she lived, apparently due to lawsuits involving disastrous vaginoplasty surgeries she performed, and seems to have decided that cutting the breasts off of otherwise physically healthy young girls is a career that is less risky.

These people are so fucking evil.
