I've looked that up and apparently he didn't get fined, he outright got arrested which is absolutely disgusting. The UK truly is baby China, without the communism.

Hell, real China is probably better than the UK because at least you know the rules, while in the UK the social justice rules are so vague that they can be used to punish anyone for the slightest infraction.
