Star Wars stopped being star wars when Disney bought them. Everything post Disney acquisition is bad fan fiction with a marketing budget and no legal opposition.

This. Saying Disney is 'destroying' these characters is to acknowledge that they have any power at all over my perception of the character. As far as I am concerned Star Wars ended when George sold it.
