It wasnt already? I made the mistake of downloading it during a summer sale and it has fag and tranny flags as decoration options and clothing. Also apparently has trannies, but the only thing like that I could find when I tried playing was the ability to give sims weird voice/ body type combinations, which I naïvely assumed was for the lolz.
