Putin, the Russian dictator, could be willing to hand over Griner for Viktor Bout, a convicted weapons trafficker known as “the Merchant of Death.”

I think she can spend 10 years in jail for a crime she did commit so the merchant of death can remain in jail. If he is released, I am sure Putin will use his skills and he will be free.
