I always thought it was fucking stupid that the main characters were various female story characters (Red Riding Hood, Snow White, etc) but the characters neither act the part and the story has no thematic similarities.

Like the evil wolves obviously are supposed to be thematic with Red, but they only show up in like one episode or some crap.
