sexual orientation;
and includes a sexual solicitation or advance.
The bylaw applies to any instance of harassment behaviour in a space within Calgary where the public has access. This includes businesses such as restaurants, on sidewalks, in libraries, etc. Infractions carry a fine of $500
Calgary has invented a new bylaw to fight “street harassment”. Reading it, I immediately realized that Calgary’s disgraced police force routinely violates this law in their sustained harassment and humiliation of Pastor Artur Pawlowski.

This law also protects against anti white racism and anti cis gendered persons doesn't it. I'm sure it does.
I'm sure it does on paper, but we all know how it's going to go down in practice. Selective enforcement is a given when dealing with these cretins.
