I'm white but it never stopped me from absolutely enjoying characters that are not like me. My favorite trilogy of all time is Blade, and you can guess who the main character is.
Currently watched and caught up with fear the walking dead(better than the main series in later seasons) and I can see the woke permeating on it, but Morgan and Alycia are two characters I identified with the most.
